RIDGE is a 1-year program designed to support pre-seed and seed-stage therapeutics and in vitro diagnostics companies as they build toward critical early milestones.

Overview

RIDGE is designed to meet companies where they are – providing continued and tailored hands-on support to help companies move efficiently from early concept to value inflection milestones. CBV Leadership works with your company to identify critical gaps and priorities and assign experts-in-residence to roll up their sleeves and help support the completion of deliverables. With RIDGE, companies receive up to 40hrs of consulting across 1-3 projects as well as bi-annual advisory meetings with CBV Leadership. In addition to this bespoke support, RIDGE companies also benefit from monthly seminars expert panels focused on key topics for early-stage companies, access to group office hours for a range of open discussions and timely feedback, CBV networking events, and so much more.

What's Included?

  • Up to 40hrs of tailored consulting with CBV EIRs & Managing Directors over a 1-year period to address key corporate and product gaps.
  • Bi-annual strategic advisory meetings with CBV Leadership (program onset and mid-way through).
  • Monthly seminars/panels addressing relevant topics for early-stage companies.
  • Monthly group office hours.
  • Access to CBV templates, resources and networking events.
  • Pitch practice sessions, test-the-waters sessions with investors, and CBV representation at conferences.
  • Introductions to wet-lab partners and pre-vetted CDMOs and CROs.
  • Subsidized rates to access CBV core facilities and CBV-partnered facilities.
  • Group discounts with lab vendors and service providers.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Pre-seed & Seed staged Canadian therapeutics and in vitro diagnostics companies.
  • At least 1 FTE dedicated to the company.
  • TRL 4+ (PoC for lead candidate & Indication).
  • Raised at least $250K (dilutive & non-dilutive) with at least 1 investor.
